How it all started:
Marc A. Nieding founded the company in Hamburg, Germany in 1996. His vision was simple: fair, honest Pay TV service. Most importantly, he wanted to deliver the best customer support in the industry. From the very beginning, we did things differently. We still stand by those same values today.
As the business grew, we moved our head office to Spain in 2006, under the name SkyNow.tv, to serve a more international clientele. Our customer base included embassies, celebrities, sports stars, and the world’s most exclusive superyachts. We have always gone the extra mile for our customers.
In 2017, we relaunched as AllPayTV.com. This meant we could offer a wider range of Pay TV services beyond Sky. Today, we respond to all enquiries within 12 hours. Typically, we reply within 2 hours during European business hours. We ship all orders the next business day, and offer phone and email support every day of the year. In 2019, Pay TV Services International Ltd acquired the business. As a result, the same quality, reliability, and fair service continues to this day.
