Refund and Right Of Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. You have the right to return all or some of the items in your order if you are not satisfied. Keep in mind that the item or order, including its original packaging, should be sent back to us in sellable condition. We will refund the purchase price but not the shipping costs.
Important Information:
Your service agreement and subscription starts when you received delivery of your order or fourteen days after shipping, whichever begins sooner.
WARNING: NEVER connect your Sky box or Sky Stream or NowTV to your home internet or regular internet connection. Only connection to our VPN router is permitted.
A) In case of problems, questions or anything else, ALWAYS contact AllPayTV.com. You pay us, AllPayTV.com, for providing customer service.
B) Please do not call Sky numbers that appear on your screen or enter any information on sky’s website. It will not work from outside of the UK and after all you pay us to help you with all matters.
C) For all transactions, questions or problems concerning your subscription you agree to contact AllPayTV.com only so that AllPayTV.com can assist you with all problems and questions concerning your subscription(s)
D) SKY STREAM does not have a minimum subscription period. You can can cancel at any time. The service is not cancelled before we physically received all sky stream hardware back from you. SKY STREAM services cannot be suspended, only fully cancelled. You need to return all SKY STREAM boxes and VPN WIFI Router to end your SKY STREAM subscription with us. We can only cancel the service in full if you are not in arrears with any payment.
E) all products and services you order from AllPayTV.com automatically bind you to the terms and conditions of this contract and to the terms and conditions as published on our website www.AllPayTV.com .
F) SKY STREAM, the SKY STREAM player, VPN Wifi Router, all cables, the remote and all packaging remain the property of ALLPAYTV.com and have to be returned at the end of the subscription.
WARNING: Feeding legal Pay-TV offerings into an IPTV broadcasting system, other forms of re-broadcasting via internet or other transmission technology and so-called “card cloning” all are highly illegal and constitute a felony. We are aware that our legal offers of Pay-TV is interesting for criminals conducting the aforementioned activities. We have a background check and risk management system in place to prevent this. If your order or activity as an existing customer raises suspicion, we reserve the right to request more information from you. We also reserve the right the end the service agreement with you without further notice and without paying any refunds. We have always provided 100% legal services and 100% clean access to Sky TV and other pay-TV services across Europe. All our customers pay their monthly subscription and obviously we cannot accept any illegal use. If approached by the IP owners such as Sky TV and/or the authorities and/or law enforcement, we will fully cooperate.

Requirements to use the service
Finally, no satellite dish is required to enjoy the World’s greatest TV.
You do need fast internet without a data limit, that’s all. Your main internet router needs to be accessible via ethernet (LAN) – most modern internet routers have at least one free LAN port, and larger installations use so-called switches. All we need is one free connection for a LAN cable with the internet.
We provide the service “as is” – the internet side of this offer is your responsibility. We cannot offer refunds or discounts due to interrupted internet. The recommended min. speed is 10 Mbit/s download for HD (1080p) and
25 Mbit/s for 4K/UHD.
Service „as is“ – nature of the service
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that certain channels or apps function. We constantly test all apps, channels, and services. At the time of the printing of this contract, they all are functioning well. We have a double redundant VPN network to ensure close to 100% uptime. Sky Stream is an offer designed solely for UK residential customers, and the risk remains that certain channels or apps cease to work. When that happens, we will do everything in our capacity to bring these services or apps back for our customers but at the same time want to express that this cannot be guaranteed.
Subscription and Hardware Rental Agreement
1. Subscription Duration and Cancellation:
• You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing a 30-day notice.
• the subscription starts with delivery of your order or 14 days after we shipped your order (whichever is sooner) and ends 30 days after your written notice to cancel AND receipt of all hardware returned from you
- as long as you are in possession of the hardware (SKY STREAM, VPN Router), the subscription is active and payable in full. It is irrelevant if the service is used and/or the hardware connected at all.
2. Hardware Deposit:
• A deposit of €100.00 is required for each hardware unit you request.
• Hardware units include the Sky Stream box and the VPN wifi router.
3. Hardware Return and Deposit Refund:
• Upon canceling your service, you must return all Sky Stream boxes and VPN wifi routers in your possession.
• You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a return shipping address when confirming your cancellation.
• It’s strongly recommended to retain the original packaging for safe return.
• Once we receive the returned hardware, your deposit will be refunded within ten business days. It can take up to 20 business days when you return from outside of the EU
4. Ownership and Liability:
• All hardware provided remains our property. The deposit does not grant you ownership or rights to retain the hardware.
• If you fail to return the hardware, potential damages may exceed the deposit amount. In such cases, you will be held liable.
• Please handle the hardware with care to avoid damages.
5. Return Timeline and Late Fees:
• You have 14 days from the cancellation date to return the hardware.
• If the hardware is not returned within the 14-day window, you will be charged 1/30 of your last subscription rate for each day of delay
Once received back, we will process the refund of your deposit within ten business days.
Please keep the original packaging of the Sky Stream and VPN wifi router to ensure a safe return to us. If you
return anything from outside of the EU, refunds can take up to 20 business days.
VPN and connection rules
You may not, under any circumstances, connect the Sky Stream box to a different network other than the one provided by the VPN WiFi router that was shipped with it. You can connect the Sky Stream with a network cable, but only if this network cable then connects to a network port of its designated VPN WiFi router.
If your Sky Stream is not connected to the VPN router we have specifically designated for it, we charge damages of up to €50 per Sky Stream and month for each month in which you had it connected to another network with a different IP.
If you have a service from us involving more than one VPN router, please ensure you connect to the correct VPN router and not just any available one. When in doubt, contact us to confirm the proper connection.
The use of our VPN routers or VPN connections for illegal P2P activities or torrenting is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule may result in the suspension or cancellation of your service.
Furthermore, if such activity leads to financial harm or liability for us, the responsible user will be held accountable for all related damages and costs.

This is a complete, full-pack offer.
One monthly subscription fee covers everything. We do not charge any fees on top, especially no annual fee as you have become accustomed to with Sky HD+ via satellite.
The hardware (Sky Stream box and VPN wifi Router) is free of charge and included in the monthly subscription
fee. We do, however, charge a deposit on the hardware, which is fully refunded once you returned said
hardware to us at the end of the contract.

Important NETFLIX information and rule you agree to / Netflix Usage Terms for Sky Stream Users
As a Sky Stream user, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding Netflix access:
Single Profile Usage: You are permitted to use only one profile within the Netflix app provided on Sky Stream.
Device Restriction: The Netflix login credentials used on Sky Stream cannot not be utilized on any other
devices, only on your Sky Stream.
Existing Netflix Accounts: If you already have a Netflix account, we highly recommend continuing to use
Netflix on your current devices. Do not access your existing Netflix account through the Sky Stream service.
Prohibition of Existing Login Credentials: It is explicitly forbidden to use your existing Netflix login
credentials on the Netflix app available on Sky Stream. This rule is strictly enforced to ensure compliance
with our usage policies.
Recording – how it works now (Personalised Playlists)
Sky Stream does not have a built-in recording facility. Instead, it uses a service called “playlist”. You get so-
called playlists – this is basically “cloud recording”.
Anything in this playlist will be kept available to stream. Think of it as a recorder kept online for you. Read more

Your existing recordings on your Sky HD+ cannot be transferred to the new service. If any of your recordings
matter to you, we recommend you keep your Sky HD+ service running until you have watched or copied them.
You will find that most of your recordings can be selected again to be added to your playlist in the new Sky
Stream.
Sky Add Skipping
With the Ad Skipping TV pack, you’ll be able to fast-forward through adverts when using:
• Live Pause (up to the live broadcast only)
• Restart (‘Watch from start’)
• Playlist
• Sky On Demand
You can also fast-forward adverts in the ITVX, STV Player and All4 TV apps.
The Ad Skipping pack doesn’t mean you won’t see any adverts. It lets you fast-forward through the ads using
the relevant remote control buttons and on-screen menu for what you’re watching. It doesn’t fast-forward ads in:
• Live TV; or
• Other TV apps, like YouTube or Spotify.
Power Supplies
The VPN Wifi Router is shipped with an EU-type power supply. You need to get a matching adapter if you have
a different socket in your country. SKY STREAM has a UK power plug on the supplied power adapter to connect
to the mains. We ship your order with an EU adapter for the plug. Suppose you want to use the power adapter
US-type or any other power outlet. In that case, you must purchase a matching converter plug. Not all
power supplies shipped support 110V and will work with your local outlets. Make 100% sure or talk to us before
you use our equipment on 110V.

Shipping and import

The brokering activities of AllPayTV.com are limited to brokering addresses in the United Kingdom to those ordering such services (hereafter the Purchaser) and, during the period of validity of the subscription, to act as a supporting agency between the Purchaser and the Pay-TV supplier. To guarantee correct fulfilment of contracted services by AllPayTV.com, it is important that the Purchaser under all circumstances communicates exclusively with AllPayTV.com.
AllPayTV.com is not liable for any minor infractions of lesser contractual and non-contractual responsibilities due to negligence. AllPayTV.com is liable for minor infractions of major responsibilities as well as deliberate or major infractions of its responsibilities through factotums, limited to typical and predictable risks which may occur. This also applies to non-contractual liabilities. The preceding liability limitations do not affect possible claims by the Purchaser resulting from product liability. The liability carried by AllPayTV.com due to personal injury to life, the body or health due to negligent infraction on the part of AllPayTV.com and its representatives or factotums, is not affected.
